An early Clifford Essex zither banjo, possibly by Richard Spencer 

Roger Walker has sent this photograph of a zither banjo bearing the Clifford Essex Grafton Street stamp over the Essex & Cammeyer stamp. This indicates that the banjo was in stock prior to Essex and Cammeyer split in 1900.
