Winifred Oakley

The following cover photo of Olly Oakley’s wife Winifred appeared during the Humoresks’ tour of South Africa in the winter 1915-1916. Winifred was born in Taunton in 1887 and died in Bracknell in 1959. She sang with the Humoresks as well as taking part in their various sketches. She also worked as a seamstress.
